Product Description

SAJ serials pinion and cone progressive safety device is the most important safety component of builders hoist, which can prevent cage running over speed and effectively decrease the probability of cage dropping accidents. | Features of Safety Device
- Anti-overspeed: The device can detect whether the speed of the cage exceeds the safe speed limit. If the speed is too fast, the device will start and take braking measures to prevent the cage from falling out of control.
- Anti-fall: This is one of the most critical functions of the device. When the elevator fails and the cage falls, the anti-fall device will automatically start and brake the cage to prevent serious injuries to personnel and materials.
- Reliable braking: When the device is under rated load, it can reliably brake and stop the cage. This is crucial to ensure that the device can effectively brake even when fully loaded.
- Compliance with standards: The performance parameters of the device meet the provisions of the Chinese national standard JG121-2000, which makes detailed provisions for the safety devices of construction elevators.
- Reliable safety switch: The CPTC anti-fall safety device usually integrates a safety switch. When the device starts braking, the safety switch will also act accordingly, which plays an additional safety role.
